How to Record Meeting details on the iPhone with EverNote Hello
Meetings take many forms sometimes planned, often adhock, face to face or at a distance, capturing the details of meetings is sometimes tricky.
A lot of our readers will be aware of a web service called Evernote, an online repository for notes and information which can be shared between all your devices, and they have released Evernote Hello a tool for logging meeting details.
Evernote Hello is a tool which allows you to quickly log the details of a meeting based around the contact details of the person you are meeting with. As your meeting starts simply enter your contact’s email address into the App and the meeting start time and GPS location
is logged. You can now add further details about your contacts eg phone number & photo. The contact details that you enter can also be imported into your iPhone contacts, and access to social media tools is provided so that you can connect online with your contact.
A field is provided for you to enter notes from the field so that you can keep a record of the conversation and actions. When you have finished recording your meeting the details are synchronised as notes to your Evernote account.
Within the Hello App meetings are presented on a time line allowing you to scroll through all your meeting notes quickly and easily.
Smartphones come into their own when you need to capture data at any time and with Evernote Hello you can always have access to your meeting details.
